Yoga workshop


As a part of Kerala University two year B.Ed Curriculum a yoga workshop was held on 6th June,2022 from 10.00Am to 01 .00Pm at Baselios Marthoma Mathews II training college kottarakara. This workshop was a part of our internal activity of yoga,Health and physical education. Our physical education teacher nibin sir gave leadership to the yoga workshop. We all practice yoga mudras . It was a great experience for us
