MATHEMATICS ASSOCIATION 2K22

 Today ,21/01/2022 the Mathematics Association programme is held at college main seminar hall.The programme started with prayer at 2.00 P.M. The programme was inaugurated by our dear principal Roy.G sir.The teacher student Sri.Vishnu Hari from mathematics department welcomed all facilities and teacher Students to the programme and he also give a brief description about the programme and sait about their new YouTube channel.Jacob k Alex from mathematics department is the event coordinator.

Felicitations are given by all faculty members . The YouTube channel was officially inagurated by Hari sir,Head of M.Ed and Sri.Riju John Sir presented the logo. The mathematics department Head,Dr.Leena Wahid teacher sung a beautiful song.the programme is well planned and arranged with games and other programs. Whole teacher trainees jointly performed a dance .The programme was ended by 4.00PM.

COMMUNICATIVE ENGLISH CLASS

 Today, 19/02/2022 we have got an opportunity to attend communicative English class by Sri.Joseph Varghese Sir.He is the communicative English research faculty in SCERT. He is a person with wonderful character and personality .His class is thought provoking and very interesting.Class start on 1.30PM and end on 3.30PM.He said that students in Kerala scored good marks in English in exams but they failed in exams like IELTS due to their bad communication skills. They are not able to answer questions in English in interviews etc. He told some tricks to improve our English language especially our communication skills.He also introduced a book " A Passport to Success" and this book is a wonderful one and it is good to improve out communication skills. The two hours of his class are very interesting and engaging.We enjoyed a lot. The class ended on 3.30PM.

College assembly on 7th Friday 2022 was conducted by physical science department on seminar hall at 9.45AM. All trainees and facilities are gathered here and firstly prayer song is done by Hamna,Liji and Lintu then Gayathri read the news .Thought of the day is given  by Gouri and she give us a great message .

                         NATIONAL MATHEMATICS DAY CELEBRATION

National mathematics day celebration was conducted in the college on 22nd December 2021. The programme was conducted by mathematics department and our principal Dr.Roy.G sir inagurated the programme and  Dr.Leena Wahib Teacher from mathematics department give welcome speech. This day is celebrated to remember the birth anniversary of famous mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan. Various programmes and games are conducted by the mathematics department and students from all departments are participated. It was a memorable experience.

Blog Workshop

A Blog workshop is conducted on 4th Januvary 2022. It is a one day workshop from9.00A.M to 4.00P.M.

Respected Harilal K.S Sir from C-DAC Thiruvananthapuram was the resource person. Sri.Riju John Sir welcomed him to our college and introduce him to us. He is very friendly with us and taught us how to make blog and everything related to it in his simple way of teaching. He told us to keep the blog active by timely update the day to day activities in college. He collected feedback from us and two among us shared their experience .It was a really wonderful experience to attend his class.
