WEEKEND REFLECTION -8

Last week was too busy in our school. School anniversary was conducted on last Friday. We become a part of the preparations and arrangements of the anniversary. A stall for raising fund for the construction of a house for a student of the school as a part of NALLA PADAM was conducted in the school. We are in the charge of selling items and collecting cash in the stall. 
Weekend reflection was conducted on 25/02/2023 from 11.45-01.15pm in the presence of Vineeth sir. All of us shared our last week experiences from practicing schools. Most of us completed almost 35 lesson plans and conducted our diagnostic test. From the reflection I realised that all of us improved in our teaching . As a trainee, I become more confident in my teaching. Reflection ended by 1.15pm.

Weekend reflection -7

 Last week was too busy with the works related to Teaching practice. We had planned and conducted our Edu.11 school based activity on 15th February,2022 at M.T.H.S for girls kottarakara. Since there are total 14 trainees in the school we are divided into two groups and we selected the topic "impacts of mobile phone use among high school students" as the topic and conducted an awareness class. I did my peer observations and also my peers observed by classes on last week. We also become part of internal activities in the school and made preparations for the upcoming diagnostic tests.
This week has no weekend reflection.

DIAGNOSTIC TEST @ M.T.H.S FOR GIRLS, KOTTARAKARA

 Diagnostic test was conducted on the class 9A of M.T.H.S Kottarakara on 17Th Februvary,2022. I conducted the test from the unit Non-Metals of 9th chemistry part-2 SCERT textbook. Total number of questions is 25 . Questions like match the following, fill in the blanks, choose the correct one etc. are included in the question paper. This test is conducted to find the difficult areas of students and to gave them remedial teaching.

AWARENESS CLASS - Impact of mobile phone among high school students @ M.T.H.S for Girlsz Kottarakara

 As a part of Edu-12 "learner in the educational perspective paper's school based activity we a group of seven teacher trainees of B.M.M. II training college kottarakara conducted an awareness class on 15Th Februvary 2023 based on the Topic"IMPACT OF MOBILE PHONES AMONG HIGH SCHOOL StUDENTS" at 8-C class of M.T.H.S For Girls, Kottarakara. We had planned about the topics to be included in the class and prepared slides containing the impacts of mobile phones among students. the slides are presented inn the class using projected and we explained it to students. After that students are sked to prepare posters based on the topic. the did it beautifully and bring it on next working day. A debate  on the merits and demerits of mobile phone was conducted after the awareness class by diving students into two groups.

WEEKEND REFLECTION -6

 Weekend reflection-6 was conducted on 11/02/2023, Saturday at optional class of physical science from 02.00-03.30pm. the reflection was done in the presence of our optional teacher vineeth sir. All of us from our optional shared our last week experience from practicing schools.  Almost all of completed twenty five lessons plans and conducted test papers. vineeth sir also shared his observations while watching our classes. From the reflection I realized that all of us improved lot in our teachings. . Reflection also help me to adopt the method of teachings used by peer trainees in their teachings. the reflection ended by 03.30pm.

WEEKEND REFLECTION -5

 Weekend reflection -5 was conducted on 04/02/2023 , Saturday at the general seminar hall in the presence of Riju sir. It was from 02.00-04.00pm. Firstly Riju sir gave us instructions regarding reflection. He also pointed out the importance of observing peer classes. Teacher trainees from all the schools came and presented their last week reflection on behalf of their practicing schools. 

From the reflection I got an idea about the happenings in other schools. After the reflection Riju sir shared his experiences from class observations and about conducting diagnostic test. He also said about the importance of Black board usage in teaching. The reflection ended by 04.00pm.
