Weekend reflection -8 was conducted in the M.Ed seminar hall in the presence of Vineeth sir, Reshmi teacher and Taniya Teacher. Firstly Vineeth sir gave us instructions regarding reflection. Teacher trainees representing all the practiced schools said reflection on behalf of their peers . This reflection was conducted after our 36 days of Phase-2 school internship program.
I said our last weekend reflection on behalf of my peers and our practiced school.

Schools Gave us sendoff and in the reflection they said about our valuable services in the school. We got opportunity to work in hand with teachers for the conduction of youth festival, Appreciating students securing 10 Aplus in SSLC 2023, yoga day celebrations, reading day celebrations etc. It was a great happiness that we successfully coordinates and conducted Nallapadam food stall and make a sale of 20,000 Rs.
I realised lot of improvement in my teaching and classroom management skills when compared to first phase. This school provided me lots of opportunities to flourish as a teacher trainee and upcoming teacher .
