Workshop on stress management

 As a part of Kerala University B.Ed curriculum, a workshop on stress management was conducted on 15th November, 2022 at Baselios Marthoma Mathews II Training College kottarakara . The workshop was a part of the college based practicals of Edu -07 PERSPECTIVES OF TEACHING AND LEARNING. The class was taken by well-known speaker Dr. Joju sir. He was a research guide and teacher at Mar Theophilous training college Thiruvananthapuram. The session started at 09.30 Am and ended by 3.30Pm. The classes help me to realise the importance of controlling stress in life . He make us stress free through various games and awarded us marks for the best performances.
