SUPW (Socially Useful Productive Work) was conducted on the B.M.M II Training College Kottarakara in 16/02/2022.The Session start by 10.00Am.
Respected Sri.Mohanlal Sir took the class. He was a retired HSST teacher and he got best teacher award of Kerala government in the year 2020.His work experience class was very informative and full of joy.
Total 105 students in the first year batch are divided into three groups. Each group has 35 students .First group was assigned with task of making paper files and second group make paper carry bags and third group make handmade lotion.I was in the second group for making paper carry bags.
First of all Sri.Riju John sir introduce him among us with a detailed and informative words about mohanlal sir. Mohanlal sir begun the session by given wonderful introduction about the work experience and importance of it in our day to day life. We can make our daily needed items from waste materials by using our several minutes. It helps to protect the environment ,economical and help to make plastic free sorroundings.
At first he taught how to make paper carry bags to the second group in a detailed and clear way.As a student teacher included in second group am very happy to say that he is a teacher with lots of patience. He come near to each of us, clear our doubts and mistakes and also help us in the making of paper bags. Students in two other groups also included in the making paper bags.
The afternoon session was begun after the lunck break at 1.30Pm. During this session first and third group students was taught to make paper files and lotion. And he handled it simultaneously without a time lag .
The session ended by 4.00 Pm with Vote of thanks given by Tessy Raj from natural science department. She tanked our faculties who arranged this session for us and thanked mohanlal sir for his valuable time and work. It was a very informative and thought provoking session. He reminds us the need of making small necessary things in our daily life.
It was a wonderful day and an experience in our life.
